How Yellow Dog Gets Deployed
The Yellow Dog Brand Livestock Evacuation (YDBLE) is deployed in a couple of ways. YDBLE will respond at the request of a county emergency management team as emergency workers, through HEART Spokane, or an incident management team. Mission number required. YDBLE can be logistically independent for a 14 day deployment if minimum staffing requirements are met. Deployed out of Ellensburg, WA.
